Creating a food surplus product - how prepared are you? 

The following is a short questionnaire for people thinking about developing a new food surplus product. The questionnaire will help you assess how well prepared you are and the report that is generated at the end will be a useful guide for your organization.

It consists of 21 questions in five categories; Customer Segmentation, Supply & Product, Capacity, Channels, and Collaboration & Partnerships.


The answers are rated from 1 to 5, where 1 represents the least amount of confidence and 5 represents complete confidence.

Once you complete the questionnaire, your report will be emailed to you.
